Tips for a better game experience

Hey guys, now i m lvl 98, reiatstu 51, i m focused on pve. My pve team is : kenpachi, ikkaku, main, urahara and rukia. My pvp team is not neccesarry, now i need some tips for being a good player after 110, have to notice that my pvp team is: sajin, ikkaku, urahara and yoruichi. I have to mention that i have 3k vit for upb. Soult cultivation bar is  about 7k.For now i m vip4, have kazeshini and zabimaru zanpakto. Spend all my money between soul cultivation and reiatsu, what adivce can you give me to improve my team.
