problem with csb

I had a problem with csb.
I check everyday, and register, if possible, every morning after 8:am. Yesterday I did register, and after the server was rebooted I checked again, so I'm sure about it, and now it says I did not! I must skip today's csb and rewards due to some glitch. Furthermore, I won last csb, again, and I'm second in ranking. How is it possible?
I'd like at least an adequate compensation, if it isn't possible to correct your error, a compensation that takes into account the points lost and the missing rewards I'll get, not just some 20 coupons or something. I'm 100% sure about my registration from yesterday, and 100% sure about my win in the past csb

about the rewards, yes, you are right.
Also my 325 hollow souls I saved up were down 300 for no reason at all.....


About register. It was last month as well as this month.

First day register is for the ranking ( yesterday register for todays ranking ). 2nd day can't play yet. 2nd day register is for starting csb the next day for fighting. If you don't register the first day you will be down to 0 points in the ranking. CSB fights starts at the 10th each month and stops around 4th or 5th? This is for everybody the same. Nobody can fight today?? ( prove me if I'm wrong and people can fight today )

About your ranking... Maybe you got some different opponents this csb and the other csb #1 had more points than you at the end? There was a merge 8 days ago. Maybe that could be it?
I got the exact same csb players as last ones tho.

thanx for the answer, I never remember when it starts and panicked when a guy from my server told me he didn't have the same "you didn't register" I had this morning.
About the merge, we got no merge here, same opponents as the last two CSBs. About the hollow souls, I didn't notice it... I should make screenshots everyday... many times a day...

If he can fight than something is screwed up. I just know that last season same thing happened and nobody could fight the first day in my server.

Here 2 fought. Rest didn't or couldn't. I couldn't fight anyway. And I registered yesterday for sure.

I hope they'll give us a compensation after they ruined the csb

This happened to me as well. Many others in my server are able to participate, and I for a fact know I registered. Not only did I click the register button; but I am a high enough VIP level that it should auto register me anyway.

There should be some type of compensation sent out to anyone who is unable to battle. It should be very easy to tell who hasn't because their points will go unchanged.

same here: I'm vip9, and we know the automatic registration starts from vip8...
and yes, they should give some adequate compensation... Adequate, I must repeat it!

I emailed gogames about it. Though I doubt they will do anything, smh.
