what do you use mayuri for and where and hoykoku hollow spirit i opend 20 chest but i cant find in my inventory where do i find them

If you mean the Mayuri fragments you get from the daily sign-in, they are for making a Mayuri mod soul at the option called Mod Soul Home.  The partner Mayuri is not available unless he shows up in an event.

The Hollow Spirits are not saved in the inventory.  You will be able to use them once you can do the battle option called King of Hollow Souls and that opens up around level 70-72.

ok i get the hollow spirit but it it doesn't say fragment just his full name  as the description just like when you grab a new partner

If it has his name in purple and the picture looks like a creepy doll head, it is the fragments.

That's a mod assistant. You can make those in Mod House.
