Talent: Increase defense by 10% and block rate by 15%
Skill: Shiba Seppa - Attacks all enemies with growth rate of 120% and lowers enemy's defense by 25%.

Then for his Stage 2.

Talent: Increase defense by 20% and block rate by 25%
Skill: Shiba God Seppa: Attacks all enemies with growth rate of 160%. Lowers enemy's defense by 35% and lowers speed by 25%.
