I'm currently lvl 88 and am currently spending around 30000k silver on Reiatsu, trying to have it be 44 to 88

1. depends on your server and vip level but level 100 is recommended.
2. 110-120'ish after that it becomes cruel

Calculator The cost of 1reiatsu lvl and compare it to The cost of boosting your fortify on gear.

You can also just focus on fortifying weapon/boots and put The rest of your coins in reiatsu

My plan was 120 lv- 100 rei, 110 lv -91 rei, 100lv 81 rei and so on. But that was long before Soul Cult, dunno how your PVE and your silver needs are. After 100 lvl Rei whenever you have few billions of silver to spare, you lvl up
