Contribution? No it shouldn't ^^

The amount that you can donate however drops, as that goes with level, but that should be the only thing affecting the guild ^^

stays the same as when you first reinc'd, or your highest lvl. Your "basically" the same level you were IE: you can't slave people when you drop level and such, so it doesn't really change anything as far as where you were is concerned.

The amount of silver you can donate is based on the level you are so, say you were 110 reincarnated and ended up 100..you can only donate as much as a Level 100 could. Same goes for the Vitality. You however keep everything unlocked as level 110 or 120 etc.. depending on when you reincarnated. So the Halls for Alliance Blood Battle, Tower for Infusing Material etc.. will remain.
