Did the guy suddenly rocket from being a nobody to being one of the strongest players in bleach online? No? Then there's probably no point in even bothering to check him. It was hard enough for us to get them to look into Living God for goodness sake. As I said your server whines about every little thing that happens on it. So the guy topped up, get over it.

i hv np with the top up the alt abuse/tos breakin is what is relly bad 3 alts plus in ryoka from same guy is bad bc it limits everyone's growth/kills plus it can be bad for gg in future. Haveing a extra alt ok but over 3 is relly not needed in same server not lk u nd over 3 bc ab can be done solo etc

Putting alts into ryoka and es would hurt him as much as anyone else.
