Bug with Top-up Gift Pack

The image above probably doesn't help much because I couldn't figure out how to upload images from your computer in their actual size.

The bug I noticed is related to the Accumulate Spending, Super Value Rebates Event (on EU server 43 in this case)

Even though I've already received the only gift I can receive it still claims that I can receive something from that segment even though it isn't possible.
It's especially troubling because the event marker keeps flashing/ is glowing so I'm not sure have I gotten something new or not.
