advice on my formation

here is a battle report of myself (Chu Feng) vs the number 2 on my server, i really have noone on my server to actually test strategy on, also im not high enough lvl for cross server battle,(currently lvl 60) any advice on which way i should be going? i also have shingami shinji, based off of what i currently have which way should i be taking my formation? pvp focus, and ES/Ryoka which i swap sado for renji. thank you in advance for your help

ps: #2 only hits me 1 time with his kirinji the rest of his team is dead by the time its his turn, he only does 7k dmg on my sado. thats why i cant really test how my team actually is.\\
