dealing with God-vangs

stack CSB shura ken, otherwise nimaya for his mutilate, b rukia isnt worth the gold at all
also use main 2nd skill, main hit first 30% def drop then shura ken

7th might help too.

if u are vip 5+ then shin aizen or ultima aizen,
that chaos+150% growth on enemy vg will solve the question

Hmm swp aizen isnt really helping all that much. With how much block noza can have. You have quite a decent chance that you will get blocked and with 150% bonus dmg you will just kill yourself not to mention if people run him with hyorin or senbon, unless you apply def debuff sooner than he attacks himself he will not do much dmg to himself anyway.
I would say partners with mutilate are probably the best choice in dealing with stacked vanguards. SWP aizen is good against most but noza with his block isnt really one of them as your aizen will probably do more bad than good for your team unless you are really lucky and your whole team wont get blocked.

while a good thought...  My main is downright anemic and crap slow...  and my shin kenny's fossilize is killing my pvp if he skills

with some evo,ultima's br.def can reach 100%,even if noza got max block from evo and bonds
his block will be reduced to ~35%(meaning 65% that you wont get blocked),which isnt that high
+with 2nd skill from main which reduces 30% def,
noza will end up 1shoting himself if he runs senbon/hyorin
and it doesnt matter if any1 else got blocked from noza's skill
all you need is some hp left on ultima and wait 2 rounds
after which ultima will skill again
