Browser issues

So recently I've been having an issue with this game, started up around the time the event bar issue started. The only web browser that allows me to play this game is Internet Explorer. I've downloaded multiple web browsers suggested to me by other players on my server: [ Torch, Chromium, Opera, Safari, Ice Dragon, Mozilla Fire Fox] None of these load the game for me.
Now I'm pretty sure it has to be a problem on my end if NONE of these browsers work for me, but they're working for everyone else, but I can't seem to find what this problem is exactly. I've flushed dns, cleared cache on every single one, downloads, temp files, cookies, everything. Hell I even restored my PC to factory default and the game STILL won't play on any other borwser but IE.
When I try Torch or Google chrome I get a message: "400 bad request" and then underneath that it says "nginx/0.8.53"

Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this?

Clearing everything (again) worked in Torch, but Google Chrome just goes to a black screen where Kon's face appears in the bottom just before the screen where Orihime, Soi Fong and Nanao pop up.
And the other browsers I installed, I clicked no when it asked if I wanted to share browsing data with other browsers.
