she is good until lvl 90/100 but kisuke can be a end game if he's speed keeps up

The endgame depends in your wallet. Some ppl says Shinigami Urahara is endgame, but Mugetsu is better and silences the supports + more things.

okay okay. im vip 5 now :/ nearly 6. all the top guys onmy server are using yoruichi so i got her and ill change later on. what can i do to make sure i can keep her as long as possible? plus what should i do with 5K gold?

you should have been here when they had shini ura and shini yoro in ubp this would have saved you $200 total through ultimate hero event
