didnt get GW and ryoka 2 times in the last 3 days.

since reincarnation came out I was getting all of them every day even though I did all the events. But not anymore.

I was unable to claim the xp rewards for 2 of the last 3 days. I entered all events for all 3 days. I never had that problem until the 30th.

Yeah you were never supposed to be able to claim them if you did them, it was a bug that finally got fixed.
