1) - CSB Kenny no arguments
2) - Though Tavern Gin's stun chance isn't 100%, it is indeed extremely high, enough for you to have him for 'end-game'. Also he reduces 50 fury at base, which can go higher to above 50 fury; the enemy will have to do 2 attacks to be able to do his skill if your Gin is faster. Toshiro literally does the same thing, but less fury (so once they come out of disarm, all they have to do is 1 attack). But you might be thinking, "But Toshiro has a 100% 'stun rate', shouldn't I get him for more efficiency?" well the thing is, though that is true, Disarm only works for when they do not have 100% fury stacked, and as you many know, you can start with more than 100 fury, so this may not always work. You should also take note that Combo Rate breaks through Disarm, so if one character survives without being disarmed, that character can give Combo Rate to another person that IS disarmed, and they'll still attack/possibly do their skill.
3)Tricky one aren't you lol. Well, Isshin helps both PVE/PVP, especially with CSB Kenny, so that helps, alongside his void in PVP which will shut down any assaulter no matter what, as long as he's faster. However, Hiki can be naturally faster and also boost your team's damage potential.
Both are great for PVE/PVP, so I'd say choose one or the other, all dependant on how you are/what you need, do you need another assaulter for more physical damage? Or you have better gear for physical damage people? Or do you need Hiki for more damage potential between supporters and assaulters for that 1 TURN, and have good gear for wisdom characters?
