soul cultivation dissapeared

hi all
does any one else got this problem? i got it in 2 accounts can't do it anymore...  i still have the "partner's exclusive" but not the line under wich means this is useless as i can't get any more fragment to up my char..
tell me if u have/ha it and if u had any answer from support me i dont as usual!

the shortcut disappeared but you can find soul cultivation in the daily tab section
