This is why speed is still more important that T1 in many cases. If you have t1 without the speed to back it up you still run a high risk of getting rekt even against non t1 people

I dunno, it depends on many factors, if your sup is strong enough to survive through opponent's attacks and can land 1HKO I'd go for t1 instead of speed
