Cute Orihime and tavern Kenpachi Block Buff

Hey guys i recruited Kenpachi from tavern at lvl 90 but now im at lvl 95 at im finally about to get Cute Orihime from soul cultivation.
Since im aware that buff dont stack my question is: How should i arrange my cute orihime and kenpachi speed in order to have the Cute ori buff all the time?
should Cute Orihime attack first or last?

And also i have Zabimaru renji on my backpack, my current PVE team is: kirinji,Urahara,Main,Kenpachi,Shin Grimjow
Do you guys think i should switch kenpachi for Zabi Renji?

In these conditions try to make orihime to atack after kenpachi;in this way you keep 30% block rate from her.And try to use sogyo no kotowari;he is best with orihime/dark rukia

Thanks alot for your answer! i use the 9th skills so sogyo wouln't be that good and also the zabimaru buff is the same as cute ori i shouldn't change that much
