Ikkaku at both pvp/pve becuase he also decrease fury, wich is more usefull that increase block at pvp and he recover fury wich is usefull at pve :

Ikkaku is better because he is useful in PVP & PVE purposes unlike kenpachi who is pretty well more suited on PVE events.

You need them both but for PvP with the new 200% buff kenpachi is better

I like Ikaku better, I have them both, I tried them both in PvE and PvP.

Kenpachi does more damage, Ikkaku has fury regen.
I'd go for Ikkaku.

Kenpachi has a better skill -- more attack power

Ikkaku is good yes, but even with that fury buff its not that great, although the deducting fury of the enemy VG is good...
