I am going to probably get ultimate Aizen is he worth getting

For low VIP with no senju/hiki/oat meal or other expensive supports, Yes. For someone that already runs a strong set up with red supports not really.
Also what you mean is he worth getting, its not like you gotto spend on him its just a time thing that you'll grab him, most high level peeps already got their set of SWP peeps complete.

He is still pretty good, if you cant spent on better that is. Though with all those beefed up Nozas running around these days..He will probably do more harm than good Against any other tank, he is good. The only other disadvantage is that he needs the highest amount of mod frags of any parther for some stupid reason so modding him will take quite some time even with inherit feature if you want him fully modded.
