help with vanguard and support

i need help in choosing a vanguard and support, I think about getting Starrk or hollowed ichigo, and also to choose between ichimaru gin, aizen and cute orihime.

my formation is main kido, yama, Yachiru, orihime inoue and urahara kisuke and kazeshini
i'm lvl 93, and i will wait to get zangetsu or one good partner from ubp

cute orihime, hollow ichigo, aizen if supports are your problem in pvp or go with gin ichimaru if assaulters are your problem in pvp
