I just started playing bleach and i have a question, how does one get Shinji Hirako on a new server? I was looking into the wiki it says hes only obtainable through Treasure Hunt but i have no such event on my server and top 1 player has him.

He can show up in the Black Market for 500 gold(very random stuff shows there) and also in the Ultra Hero event. I believe he is 2000 points there, you get points for topping up gold, so if you top up 2000 gold when that event is going, you can get him there.
There is also the level 70 tavern version of him. The tavern one is a vanguard and the other is an assaulter.
shinji hirrako isn't that good, yama is free and much better than him... zabimaru renji however is quite nice when compared to tavern partners, good choice
