If I hire (lets say) Yamamoto for 1 day and then buy him from Ultimate Hero before his leasing ends, will he stay at my main's level or go back to level 1 ??

in my opinion, assuming you have no event partners, and have never topped up before, I have 3 options for you...
1) Zabimaru Renji + Sexy Yourichi   2 very solid PVE assaulters that will raise your damage very nicely and help you one shot ryokas

2) Hyorinmaru + Vang Toshiro   Hyorin is a must for a low VIP godvang, and Toshi is a solid offensive vang, which plays off Hyorinmaru very nicely, replace toshi with Noza when you get him for sure

3) Hyorinmaru + Sogyo  2 SSS zanpactos, Sogyo is amazing in PVE as his buff stacks with Cute Orihime, and as previously mentioned, Hyorinmaru is a must for a low VIP godvang build

Other options include:
Soph Rangiku + Zabimaru Renji for a solid vang and decent PVE assaulter
Sexy Yourichi + Toshiro for a decent vang and great PVE assaulter
Toshiro + Zabi Renji + Shinji Hirrako for a decent vang, PVE assaulter, and PVP assaulter

but the first 3 options i feel are better

Ok here is the thing..

Since I am using a heavily supporter buffing zanpakuto (Muramasa) I am using 1-1-3 formation.

Komamura (will be replaced with H.Ichigo)
Main (Physical)
Kirinji - Hikifune - Retsu Kenpachi

I also have Sogyo no Kotowari and Shinji, Dark Rukia & Z. Renji.

I am also planning to change my formation as 0-2-3 for pve, thus I need a good replacement for my vanguard. I want something more powerful than Shinji and Renji such as Yamamoto. However; I am never gonna choose Yamamoto from Soul cultivation. I will go for spirit stones and then later, always for exclusive fragments.

Soooo, here :

Option 1 : I can get Hyorinmaru and use it to build a Stark or SWP Kenpachi later on. I will still have 3200 points left...

Option 2 : I can get Sexy/Shinigami Yourichi for 0-2-3 formation. 2000 points left

Option 3 : Since I will never choose Yamamoto from Soul cultivation, I can get him to have a good assaulter for 0-2-3 formation. Then 0 points left.

Which one ?

IMO, yama is only good for PVP, in PVE he's much worse than Zabimaru Renji
being your support heavy, and using Retsu Kenpachi, Sexy Yourichi is nice on several fronts, she hits very hard, has INSANE combo rate, builds fury, and boost your support damage % (not sure if her 10% stacks with Muramasa's buff) also if you boost her to her exclusive skill, she's on par with CSB Byaukua, maybe better as for her skill....
Unless your rocking T1 on your hikifune, I'd keep your vang in PVP for sure

Rule of thumb, Shinji's upgrade is Yama, Zabi's upgrade is Sexy Yourichi.  keeping with your 1-1-3, Toshi and Hyorin may be a good buy as it will be a big upgrade form Koma up there, and Hyorin still gives supports a moderate speed boost (but has no speed bond, so you will have to make sure and stack the fuck out of Toshi for this to be viable)
IMO your easiest upgrade from this event would be Sexy Yourcihi...  that's who i'm getting lol...  BTW, Shini Yourichi is outdated and shit IMO, especially since you already have Hikifune which makes shini yourichi redundant AND outdated, just my opinion     also, if you get Sexy, make sure you rent her for a day first

You will get an item in your inventory for her, one you use it, the hired status will just go away on her.

FYI, just swapped out Isshin for Sexy...  he was higher modded, evoed, and SC...   my damage went up .5%/hit on a level 150 ES...  formation is a 0-3-2 so i got the most from his combo too...
