topped up 2k gold last night after the reset when halloween event started and didnt get the following;

supervalue gift

topup rebate
single topup reward
accumlative topup reward
daily topup reward

from the halloween event window
=============
topup gift bag
free water chances per 100g topup

make money box has not accepted my first day topup either

tried again with 400g topup and didnt get the single topup reward. doubt im doing that again any time soon :/

finally got the single topup reward for 400g @12:40 gmt

still missing rewards from the 2k gold previously :/
