lvl 70 gear forge question

I am in lvl 65 completely gold forged(spirit shadowkill). I am collecting the blue/red stars from soul hunt. I am not in a hurry to equip lvl 70 , I would like to equip when i have atleast a set(minimum of two).
Main query is

which is better (providing i have the required materials to forge/spirit forge/fortify etc)
a)forge lvl 70 hollowfire set, spirit forge them and then inherit from my existing set, then fortify or
b)forge lvl 70 hollowfire set, inherit from existing set, fortify, spirit forge, fortify

which is better and which takes less amounts of fortifying to do considering the existing fortified level is 65

My aim is to stay with the existing gold lvl 50 set till i forge the next best set and farm silver and cultivate reiatsu in meanwhile.

forge them inherit then spirit forge you'll win extra 5 forging also wait till lvl75 so you can infuse max

cool, also since the gold ones have 3 attributes i was thinking of

STR/AGI/BLOCK for my assailters (MAIN/ICHI)
WIS/AGI/CRIT for supporters (rukia/momo) and
STR/WIS/BLOCK for my VG(chad)

does that sound fine?

also instead of refining them, i would rather forge them all and match any to the partners required choice, and then just refine and if it matches any player then i will give to them. instead of refining one item many times for one player
