Becoming lvl 70 and I want to form a new team

Hi guys,
I'm becoming lvl 70 tomorrow and I've a lot of questions in my mind about forming team.

Now my team,
Support: Orihime+Momo
Assaulter: Main+ Lisa
Vanguard: Yachiru

I specified my team to kill rivals' assaulter and it's going good for me, i think.
So when i level up i want to recruit Kamamura Sajin.
Here is my question, should i buy Sajin? Or should i buy Yoruichi or someone else. Which partner is good for my strategy(killing rivals' assaulters)?

And i would like to buy Kensei as well. What do you think about him?

If yashirou is a high dodger go for yoru first she can stun supp and momo ssaulter then go for koma but you need to recruit them both rapidly to stay on top
