Hey guys

I really wonder what "Attack Rate" is.. Is it basically same as "Damage Rate" or same as "Hit Rate" or.. what else??

Attack Rate would increase the base damage of you character. Eg. Your Main has 100k attack, 10% attack rate would make it 110k
