Didn't recive my gold

I topped-up yesterday using the off gamers site(I think that's what it's called) and never received my gold for the top-up. I tried for 4 hours to get their support to reimburse me my money but they kept saying I received it. then they wanted me to confirm two prior purchases for some reason and after I did, continued to tell me I received the gold. So I forward the message that said I had received it, because they kept sending it to me, but after that I sent them the message that said my order had failed to proses do to an issue of some sort and told them I needed my money back. Well they have not replied since. I decided to wait till this morning and check my card to see if the money had been returned(cause it still said pending last night) but it is fully charged now and I still haven't received my gold.

Think you were high, but if you received an invoice it should be delivered. I've used offgamers, and had similar issue only once which got sorted in 30-40 minutes

Try contacting the offgamer support to see what they can do about it. I have had the same issue in the past with paypal.

I've had a similar issue in the past.. It was when I wanted to make my first big top-up for Bleach about a year ago.. Got Isshin and Shinso through Joint Task and Anniversary feast + some other small awesome things.

Back to the matter at hand.. I didn't recieve any gold after a couple of hours which made me sh't bricks.. and panic abit (I'm a student.. +50USD is kinda a big deal)..

I contacted them about the problem to get the transaction cancel'd and get the money back, they replied after some time, think I had to prove to them about purchases as well or something.

After that they said that they'd send the money back and it could take up to 2 weeks.. luckily got it after 2-4 days..
Still, ever since then I have NEVER once used Offgamers to top-up.. Nawh screw that, I'm using Gate2Shop.. they haven't dissapointed me.. yet.
