Tornament of thrones

I was wondering what is up with this event. I read it is supposed to be active for CSB's 8th and higher ranks but I've not seen it since it first appered about a week ago and then just disappeared. I'm currently 5th in my CSB rankings, so I should be able to participat in it. But I've not seen it in my navigation bar since it disappeared.
I'm pretty sure it said something about registering on sat or sun some time but I haven't seen it come up yet.

Does anyone know anything about this?
And is it working for anyone else?

they remove it because it was bugged but apparently this is still not fix yet
