Hogyo pills help

Frankly and luck apart i don't have any clue on how this is work apart from cliking and collecting fragment nothing is explained well even the guide people with more exp than me get confused.

My situation is this, i never made a hogyo pill before, after reading the guide i went for some practice, i clicked on the hogyo fragments section and discoverd i had like 40 fragments, each 10 gives a pill. made two of them and give them to my lvl14 complete speed hogyo who became 15 faster. Closed the thing, refresh my parteners and boom i got 10K BP boost!!!

How on earth this happened? Normally i should be happy, but i'm getting the feeling that this boost won't stay forever, the 10K i won all in speed, i passed from a 60K to a 70K....

Plz someone to confirm what is written here
