I have a Problem .. i am 5ta division lieutenant and whenever I want upgrade to 5ta division captain my character upgrade good but in hours get back to 5ta division lieutenant :s this succes 3times yesterday today what happened?????
starting from 5th div captain, they have daily prestige deduction. If your prestige is lower than the amount that should be reduced each day, you will lower your rank (back to 5th div liutenant)
