I have bought 2 sets of the ultimate equipment and hired sado but for some reason they are still greyed out while the reaching leve 32 isn't and im unable to hire Nanao due to this.

I am also having this issue and I am on s83, and it won't show me as owning Sado either and I have been using him in my formation...
