Doesnt matter really now when everyone can get ulti sets and then upgrade through shutara shop. Not to mention they will be so expensive to make and spirit forge as every forged equip since lvl 120+ That you will sooner get enough stones for lvl 120 ultimate from csb shop then get basic version of lvl 160 set...
