conquest of might soul society nightmare

hi all i have a big problem for my conquest of might stage 3 requierment is :
-all ally hp above 30%
-damage dealt by main is no less than 50%
-main hp no more than 70%
-ichigo kurosaki damage dealt by main no less than 1 of the total damage

how i can do this guys ???? ty for help
