120 set gets more Achuchi and doesn't cost gold, cyclone set won't cost your hard earned CSB stones, but takes gold 99.99999% of the time...  your credit card has the answer I'd wager...  however, if you don't want/need any CSB partners, the 120 set is probably your answer

Each level 100 set piece gives 5 Asauchi for a total of 40.  Each level 120 set piece gives 125 Asauchi for a total of 1000.
