so the f2p toon makes hiki almost worthless? no dmg buff on the party but his skill also hits everyone ><

I was thinking to get Kyoraku for my second (vip6) and old account. But i wasn't sure if worth. Seems he worth XD. Coz atm i have Swp Aizen ( not ultima ) and Kirinji as supports.
