it is worth to take a Hisagi from UPB? I use yama (on 138lvl), and currently i lvling kensei. zanp is zangetsu.

I think it was either 3rd or 4th palace. Yachiru was using Yhwach's gear since she can't use Mayuri's until she gets to 140. I need to get more silver to change around some or her mods for more damage rate.
