I would like to ask how can I finish these 2 quests because one of them says it has to be over lvl 50 and my item is upgraded to level 51. Help please?
You misunderstood it.It means you need to get a material from level 50 instances to forge level 50 gears then spirit forge it using stones from soul hunt only then you can use enchant stone on your weapon.
