120 ultimate gear infuse spirit question

When you buy the 120 set items from the CSB shop is it easier to spirit infuse them after they are reforged to level 60 gear or is it easier to infuse them at level 120 and then reforge them?
A protection stone will be used at both level 60 and 120 so that will make no difference.

It costs less at lvl 60, you get more items at once + it costs less spirit water :3

afhter but make sure you socket them ad 60 first before you make them level 80 because then it requires more socket stones then
