What do you think about learning the game better before doing such big top-up (I see that you played before, but if it was long ago then many thing could have changed)? When you are planning to spend that amount of money you should know the game well enough to be able to decide for yourself or at least have some ideas and eventually ask which one is the best. Looking at your comment I have the fealing that you don't have any concept and it is actually unwise to spend so much money basing on other people's opinions (especially if you don't know them well). Better wait, learn the game and the changes it had, later create  some basic idea of your team and then start asking for advices. If you ask others to give you idea of your team from scratch, it won't be really your own team and what is more important you don't really know if that person gives good advices or just trolls you (or just don't know game too well). Also right now current meta can change at any moment (especially since new zan should come out soon) so either way it's better to hold back with spending
