Anyone else experiencing this? Particularly in Agent of Shinigami, the 2 hour clock keeps counting down and then resets but the buffs/debuffs don't change at all at reset.

buffs/debuffs changes after the first hour in my case, for 25minutes

Waiting for the buff change is a bit buggy. It shows its changing but the buffs stay same for a long time. You have to wait like 6-7 hours to have different buffs...

You can always spend 1 gold to refresh the buffs...

I always spend the gold to change it bc if that issue taking so long
