yep epic fail ..........next time time they gonna add achievements but you cant use the titles

It's added now, goto partners tab, then to Accessories. Then, equip your stuff. YOu could also enhance 'em via Accessories Reinforce on the bar at the bottom.

You do not make them. You get them as rewards when completing different maps of Alliance Campaign which will unlock first at lvl 40.

What's the benefit of using accessory when they are available? Does anyone know yet?

Accessories will give u stat boosts [Strength, Stamina, Agility & Wisdom]. There's a total of 8 accessories that can b equipped per character, thus 2 for each stat. Also, if u pair 2 accessories for same stat boost, u get additional bonuses...
U can fortify & spirit forge accessories as well, resulting in higher stat boosts...
