Im new on this type of game and dont know several things:
Where i can get the items needed to forge purple equipment lv 30? To get Jubikarei sword i need, Jubikarei steel, and dont know where i can get it.
how i upgrade Hogu?
How i earn gold if i dont want to top up?
under my vitality there is something that sais "Bleach time __:__:__" What it means?
How i can desactivate the notifications that appear in the middle of the screen?

1. From instances (lv30 is Sneak attack human world), material box (daily activities), guild's treasure chest
2. In Treasure interface, materials you can get from trials
3. Top up is the only way
4. Server time
5. You cant, you can only close it manually every time it pop out

There is many ways to get Equipment materials such from Opening Equipment chests earned from quests or getting them from the Arena (easiest way)   For Purple Equipment you need to get to at-least rank 1 through 100 in arena to earn the chests for purple equipment materials.

how i upgrade Hogu?

Uppgrading your Hogu you need to have Treasure unlocked (which is obtain my doing main story quest line) Have the required Item you wish to upgrade and a Hogu Talisman

   

How i earn gold if i dont want to top up?

You don't.  There might be events in the future where you can earn gold by doing them.  The only thing you can earn is coupons, which in most ways act as Gold.

That is the time it is in game, helps you know when in game events will take place. Nothing more than that.

    How i can desactivate the notifications that appear in the middle of the screen?

As of now there isn't a way to Deactivate it.  Other than clicking the X button once they appear.
