how does ult charge work? is it for like each 100 servers?

its counts per realm, each realm is a combination of 30-40 servers without merge yet, after merge, it should be 60-80 and so on.

I think it's more than this, range of my UC is at least from EU 341 to 466 and servers 416-466 still didn't have merge meaning that there are at least 50 unmerged servers and quite many merged servers as well
