Reiatsu / Zanpakutou Relation

Hey guys,

I have a newbie question.

What is the relationship between Reiatsu and Zanpakutou?

I'm afraid of getting more Reiatsu and when i change Zanpakutou i lose all reiatsu.

And btw if I cultivate a zanpakutou, when i change it to another, will i lose all that cultivation?

Im sorry for this but im very confused...

Reiatsu is character based and isnt affected by gear/zunpukto

Zunpukto cultivation is done on a zunpukto to zunpukto bases. So if you use multiple zunpukto's you need to upgrade them all seperately

the relationship between reiatsu and Zanpakutou's is that you need certain levels of reiatsu before you can improve your zanpakutou more and the final form requires level 40 reiatsu.
