If you mean 110 tavren partners you can get them when you drop your lvl after reinc
You change gold reishi for red reishi box in tavren, you need 200 red reishi for 1st upgrade, and then 500 red reishi for second upgrade
If you mean red hogyoku you get them in tot if you can get in it (tot= tournament of thrones) also you can buy 200 fragments when you get your soul cultivation bar to the max and you can buy then in some spend events

Np,it turns to red after second upgrade.
Also if you didnt reinc my advice is dont do it you can get nice rewards from advance bracket in tot
