Best Vanguards for new players and..

So basically thread name, what are the better vanguards for starters? I'm currently using Nemu and Ganju, but he is weak as crap, no damage, no anything but he is a decent meatshield, but should i just replace him with someone else thats easily available?

Also, if i fully dissmiss him, can i bring him back or will you lose the partner?

not for ganju nope but I think chad will be a good one he is like a big wall if you get his defence right

I would recomend Chad (Yastora sado) he is really good, he costs 200 purple reishi (I'd also recomend changing Nemu for Inoue because there are only 3 healers in the game and you meet the 3rd one at lv90 also 200 purple reishi)

actually the third one isn't purple she is gold

So question stands, should i get rid of the green vanguard and replace him with a blue one for now? I should have enough to get a blue one, or the other assaulter?
Would be nice if someone actually made a guide for new players, which parteners to go for , through the game, or is there one like that already?

get the blue one then
