I need help to get passed Soul Society hard mode stage 12 and beyond. i have passed the other two ones but can not pass this one. please tell me how to beat it with my Shinigami char.

Renji's damage is so low, right?
His damage still sucks even with tensa's boost LOL!
I don't know how to pass that stage anymore.
