Whichever mission give you most xp and costs 1 vit, don't do the ones that cost 2 vit since you wont get double crystals.

wouldnt the first zone be the best since u wont get any mats? or do u also get crystals for each 1 vit?

Don't do low level missions. you will get less xp and silver. Also check the vit cost to make sure it shows 1 and not 2.
