Looking for tips

Hello.
I'm lookin'  for some advice,cause i'm out of ideas,on which areas i should focus in order to improve my team.
In the image there is shown as much as i could show(making it as clear to show as possible),but if someone needs more info,i'll make updates to make sure that there is full spectrum of informations needed.

Low VIP uh? Planning to top-up again? If not, you still need Shutara sets. As a f2p, you can get lvl120 sets to forge for 2k csb stones.

VIP 4 now , in near future no top-ups. I'm 750 CSB stones away from getting 120 lv set :/

Get ken from tavern to swap with Yama on pve as he'll boost your damage. But keep Yama for pvp

Uyru is better than tavern Kenny.. Uyru gives crit %  witch i think is better than kenny's damage boost. not saying Kenny is week or anything its just my 2 cent's

I'm not using kenny from a long time(moment that i get zabi renji) in PvE setup as you see. Ikakku+Zabi Renji is for now but i have no idea if i should change sth in this setup also.

I have tavern Kenny,but he's weak af comparing to Pantera Grimm/Zabimaru Renji. I'm thinking about partners which i could get in order to improve my PvE, but i am without any ideas :/

This is my tavern kenny with my current strongest gear.
You can try changing the last of his few mods into damage rate to see a better result.

Tavern Kenny gives block rate(original skill). On the other hand, attack boost(exclusive skill).

Looks better than mine Ikkaku,even with unfinished lv 9 evo on him,it makes me sad  :/ The biggest difference I see is lack of  higher lv hit/crit/b.def stones on mine partners. Damn...
