2day i open my account i realize someone used all my coupon and some gold... i nv share my account with other people.

I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation. If you use something that once has a cool down timer, starts eating at gold or coupons could have been the problem. Sometimes if you click really fast you will use coupons and or gold without really noticing it.

If you don't think that was the issue, then contact your server PGM or GoGames support.

for example you have 500 coupon... how fast and how many time you need to click to spend it all lol

Well what was the gold and coupons used on? There would be no reason to randomly spend stuff seeing as you can't trade in this game.
